  • The client gets a return of 72% in 36 months (Annual Return – 24%)

  • Timely Payment Discount 5%
  • In case the purchaser makes any prepayment for any of the installmentsas stated above, the developer has a right to retain/refund the excess money received from the purchaser. If the developer decides to keep such amount, an interest of 10% p.a. For the period of prepayment of installments will be paid to the purchaser by the developer on the amount of prepayment,provided such amounts have been lying with the seller for more than one year.
